Pricing transparency

A practical guide to the evidence behind this comparison.

Revenue Desk Review editorial team · Updated 8 November 2026

What to check

A useful public price states the amount, unit, eligible role, minimum and any important conditions. Starting prices, full-time-only bands and custom quotes remain labelled as such. Unknown prices are not assigned a guessed value.

What counts as evidence

We distinguish a public statement from independent verification. A provider’s service or pricing page is evidence of what it advertises. It does not establish the performance of a particular candidate or the terms of your future contract.

What to ask next

Request the relevant written terms and test the proposed arrangement against your workflow. Keep the dated answer with your shortlist. If public information is missing, ask the provider rather than treating an empty field as a negative finding.
